The brewery team has been pulling pins from the barrel library and they’ve found some GEMS! We will be releasing two different blends of barrel aged beers on Friday, Nov 29th at 1 PM! Hysteria 13.7% abv. 10 IBU - An imperial stout blend of 3 different beers Dr. Feelgood 12.5% abv. 16 IBU - A Doppelbock blend aged in Wollershiem bourbon barrels for 21 months. We are featuring a special blend of an imperial stout that was rested for over a year in a Wollersheim Winery & Distillery bourbon barrel and a Lux Row bourbon barrel.
We blended the two barrels, which resulted in a deep plum and cherry flavor. Followed with a sweet, caramelized, malty body. Finishing with a bodacious amount of dark chocolate and vanilla.
We invite you to come hang out in the brewhouse facility with the HBC production team. Enjoy conversations, walk around the brewhouse, and drink some craft beer!
