Join us for the 4th edition of the Spotlight Series - An Evening of Songs & Stories, a captivating Nashville-style writers round where two acclaimed songwriters take the stage, weaving heartfelt tales of inspiration with live acoustic performances of their chart-topping hits. Audiences can expect an intimate, unplugged experience filled with behind-the-scenes anecdotes, and raw emotion, as these award-winning hitmakers share the personal stories behind their iconic songs you know and love.
JON NITE is a GRAMMY-nominated, CMA and ACM award-winning singer/songwriter who has written 18 #1 songs and has more than 30 hit songs overall to his credit; hits such as “We Break Up in the End” (Cole Swindell), “Noise” (Kenny Chesney), “Boy” (Lee Brice), “We Were Us” (Keith Urban), among others! He is a 3x CMA Triple Play Award winner for writing three #1 songs in a single calendar year. ZACH KALE is a multi-platinum, CMA and ACM–nominated, Dove Award–winning songwriter, producer, and artist, whose work bridges the worlds of country, pop, and faith-based music. Best known for co-writing and producing multiple No. 1 hits for Gabby Barrett—the 8× Platinum global crossover “I Hope” and the 4× Platinum follow-up “The Good Ones”—Kale has become one of Nashville’s most sought-after and genre-defining hitmakers. With an instinct for crafting songs that resonate across audiences and formats, Kale earned a GMA Dove Award as a producer on Anne Wilson’s REBEL album and penned the #1 Christian radio hit “I See Grace” for Micah Tyler. We are featuring a special blend of an imperial stout that was rested for over a year in a Wollersheim Winery & Distillery bourbon barrel and a Lux Row bourbon barrel.
We blended the two barrels, which resulted in a deep plum and cherry flavor. Followed with a sweet, caramelized, malty body. Finishing with a bodacious amount of dark chocolate and vanilla.
We invite you to come hang out in the brewhouse facility with the HBC production team. Enjoy conversations, walk around the brewhouse, and drink some craft beer!

Style: Stout - Imperial / Double ABV: 13.7% IBU: 10 Description: Oh, can you feel it? Do you believe it? This Imperial Stout was a blend of Wollersheim & Driftless Glen bourbon barrels. This beaut has a delicate aroma of caramel & oak. Taste is soft, but full of caramel & sweet maltiness. A kiss of chocolate tones lingers on the end. Hysteria, it's such a magical mysteria! Dr. Feelgood - Limited Release Style: Bock - Doppelbock ABV: 12.5% IBU: 16 Description: Who's the one they call Dr. Feelgood? This delicious Doppelbock is! Aged in Wollersheim bourbon barrels for 21 months, this beauty shines of rich char & oak. The barrels really take over, but are complimented by a delicate toasty & nuttiness. April 15,2025 Today kicks off our partnership with Journey Together Service Dog Inc. to raise funds to provide service dogs for Wisconsin Veterans, Police Officers, First Responders and Firefighters injured in the line of duty. What better way than with our PUPS premium lager! We are so grateful and proud to have this partnership and hopefully be able to provide service dogs for people who need and deserve it. |
For each purchase of our pups lager both on tap and in cans, HBC and S&S Distributing, Inc. will be donating a portion of the proceeds to Journey Together. You can also donate by purchasing a Paw at HBC or any participating bar! (Over 40 bars and restaurants have joined us in selling paws for this Journey Together initiative!) Paws will be proudly displayed around the facilities. |
