SPECIAL RELEASE - 2 BARREL AGED BEERS

First, we have Zaboomafoo! An imperial stout aged for over 2 years in Driftless Glenn bourbon barrels. We then rested this brew on vanilla beans, sea salt, maple syrup, and caramel. Coming in at 12.3% ABV. 4 IBU

Next, we have Rumspringa! An imperial stout aged for over two years in Driftless Glenn, Wollersheim, and Northern Waters bourbon barrels. Tastes of sweet chocolate, cherry, oak, and wafers. This beauty comes in at 14.3% ABV. 5 IBU

Both available on draft and either 2-Packs or 4-Packs to go.

Our Big Jim Brown Ale was ranked the second best Brown Ale in the state of Wisconsin!

Named after Kim & Snapper's first grandchild.
This root beer is rich in flavor, with hints of vanilla that boast a creamy finish. Six-packs are available at the brewery and through select distributors.

Our Beer Story ~ ESTablished 2012

For about a year Joe & Snapper had been renovating the 815 Water St. property in the heart of downtown Hillsboro. At the same time, Joe had been perfecting his first home brew. As the renovations progressed so did the beer recipe. Oct. 2012, Joe told Snapper "I think I got it! I think this is the one." Then the unthinkable happened. A few days later Joe was in a fatal car accident. Now what? Well, in true Verbsky strength and perseverance, you push forward. You take the secret recipe, brew it & share it with everyone. Joe Beer was born.

Not long after, 2e Brewery was established so we could continue to brew Joe Beer as well as experiment & expand to other brews. Today, 2e Brewery is in a new location, 206 E. Madison St. (yes, more renovations) and produces over 40 brews, sours & seltzers.
Through hard work, commitment, and organic growth you can now find us in over 1,000 location.
